Cash payment is the fastest and most convenient way to buy fuel offered by
Petrodom. We recommend it to all those who want to reduce formalities to a minimum and make the transaction as quickly as possible. When choosing a cash payment, the necessary documents are:
- In the case of companies dealing in the sale of fuels – a concession for trading in liquid fuels issued by the Energy Regulatory Office,
- In the case of companies purchasing fuel for their own needs – a declaration of purchase for their own needs,
- A list from the register of entrepreneurs or a certificate of entry in the Central Register of Economic Activity,
- Decision of granting a tax identification number,
- Certificate of assigning the REGON identification number,
- Order
Trade credit
We offer a trade credit to customers who want to purchase the fuels we
offer with a deferred payment date. To obtain a trade credit, it is necessary
to conclude a trade agreement with us. In order to conclude the contract, it
is necessary to provide the following documents:
- In the case of companies dealing in the sale of fuels – a concession for trading in liquid fuels issued by the Energy Regulatory Office,
- In the case of companies purchasing fuel for their own needs – a declaration of purchase for their own needs,
- A list from the register of entrepreneurs or a certificate of entry in the Central Register of Economic Activity,
- Decision of granting a tax identification number,
- Certificate of assigning the REGON identification number,
- Submission of collateral (promissory note, bank guarantee, mortgage, blockade of funds, etc.),
- Certificate from the Social Insurance Institution and the Tax Office that there are no payment arrears,
- Shortened financial statement (F01 or PIT);
Prepayment
For customers who want to avoid the costs and formalities related to
obtaining a trade credit, we recommend making a prepayment. In this case,
the only required documents are:
- In the case of companies dealing in the sale of fuels – a concession for trading in liquid fuels issued by the Energy Regulatory Office,
- In the case of companies purchasing fuel for their own needs – a declaration of purchase for their own needs,
