Announcement on the implementation of the GDPR
From May 25, 2018, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 94/46 / WE (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) regarding data protection, the provisions of the Act introducing the GDPR – the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data also come into force. In order to comply with the provisions of the GDPR, we have updated the Website Regulations and the related Privacy Policy. In order to provide clear and transparent information on how we process your personal data, we have divided the Privacy Policy into several chapters. In individual chapters, we describe in detail which of your personal data we may hold and how we use it. We have also added information about your
rights, e.g. how you can access your data and request the cessation of its use. Read the updated Regulations and the new Privacy Policy, which describe how to collect, use and share personal data of website users and the following information before going to the website.
